Mount Zion Institute of Science & Technology, formerly Mount Zion College of Engineering for women was established in 2009, at Kozhuvalloor, Chengannur, for BTech Degree, approved by AICTE and affiliated to the University of Kerala. Since 2016, the college has been coeducational under the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
